University of Minnesota researchers have discovered that teenage girls who eat five or more meals with their family each week are less likely to suffer from eating disorders. It is being reported all over:

(Star Tribune http://www.startribune.com/lifestyle/health/13514941.html)

(The Telegraph in Great Britain http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/main.jhtml?xml=/news/2008/01/08/ndads208.xml)

The authors of the research published in the latest issue of (http://archpedi.ama-assn.org/cgi/content/full/162/1/17) Archives of Pediatric and Adolescent Medicine (Free), believe their findings are so significant doctors should stress the importance of families sitting down together to eat.

Love that!
